the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more
than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for
any of this $50, Wholesale Direct Online will cover the entire liability
for you, up to the full $50. Wholesale Direct Online will cover this liability
only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault
of your own from purchases made at Wholesale Direct Online while using
the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card,
you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting

Funds
& Payment Options
All Wholesale Direct
Online products are priced in United States Dollars (USD). We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Cashiers Checks/Money Orders, Business Checks/Personal
Checks (Processing Time: 11 Business Days) and wire transfers from USA
Banks only. Wholesale Direct Online reserves the right to request additional
information from buyers to help facilitate a purchase. Failure to provide
the requested information in a timely manner might delay the processing
of an order and may cause its cancellation.

Sales
Tax Information
Persons or Companies
engaged in the business of reselling are eligible for reseller status.
You may be required to transmit a copy of your State's sales or use tax
permit and a signed statement attesting to the nature of your business
to Wholesale Direct Online. It is the policy of the company to charge
applicable sales tax if retailers do not supply the appropriate reseller
tax identification certificate as required. The company is not responsible
for additional tariffs, duties or any form of taxation that apply to items
shipped to other states or outside the United States, unless or until
governmental policy is established requiring Internet sales to collect
applicable sales tax on a state by state basis.

Freight
Charges
Freight for all orders will be 15% of the order total. Some orders will be subject to additional
freight charges for oversized, bulky and/or very heavy items, or orders
that require special handling procedures.

Delivery
Times
Most orders are processed
within 48 hours of receipt (weekends and holidays excluded.) Delivery
times may vary but most orders are received within 15 business days of
receipt. Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Wholesale Direct Online
reserves the right to select the carrier of their choice to deliver all
orders. Multiple orders, multiple shipping points, backorders, product
availability and other factors might influence the delivery time of an
order. Some products (such as pallets over 500 lbs.) may require shipping
via common carrier. Delivery time for these types of orders may exceed
our normal delivery estimate. Wholesale Direct Online will contact you
to coordinate delivery of these types of orders.

Return
Policy
Wholesale Direct Online
strives to ship all orders complete. We are aware that occasionally some
orders are shipped short or with the wrong product and that upon arrival,
some items may be broken. In all cases, Wholesale Direct Online follows
very strict return procedures and policies which are listed below:
- NO REFUNDS WILL
BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.
- All returns must
have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, issued by Wholesale
Direct Online, marked on the outside of the shipping box. Returns without
RMA numbers clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box will be
refused and returned to the shipper. Please call (866) 936-5533 and
ask for the returns department for issuance of an RMA. RMA’s are
valid for 14 business days from date of issuance only. Upon expiration,
the products can no longer be returned.
- Wholesale Direct
Online guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement
for defective merchandise.
- Case lots must
be returned in original shipping cartons with all merchandise unopened.
No partial returns will be accepted. There are no exceptions.
- Products marked
ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS on the website will not be accepted for
return.
- Undamaged and/or
non-defective products which are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking
fee.

Order
Acceptance
The receipt of an
e-mail confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or
as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Wholesale Direct Online reserves
the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of
any item on an order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any
reason.
Wholesale Direct Online reserves the right to eliminate products for sale
at any time on the site www.wholesaledirectonline.com. Wholesale Direct
Online will use all reasonable best efforts to ensure that all products
listed IN-STOCK are available. Should an IN-STOCK product or products
become sold out or unavailable for any reason, prior to its availability
status changing, neither Wholesale Direct Online nor any of its directors,
officers, employees or other representatives will be held liable for damages,
replacement or losses as a result of this occurrence.
Receiving confirmation of an order, either electronically or otherwise,
does not signify Wholesale Direct Online’s acceptance of the order
nor does it affirm confirmation of Wholesale Direct Online’s offer
to sell products to you. Wholesale Direct Online reserves the right at
any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline your order for
any reason.

Order
Adjustment and Cancellation
Wholesale Direct Online
cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been
processed. Should you require the modification of an address (missing
suite number, transposed street number etc.) please contact Customer Service
immediately (within 24 hours of order transmission) at support@wholesaledirectonline.com
or by phone at (866) 936-5533. Should you require a complete change of
"Ship To" information you will be required to cancel your order
and re-enter it.
Wholesale Direct Online CAN NOT accept Post Office Box addresses for shipment.
We can only ship to physical street addresses. Shipping addresses must
comply with commercial delivery standards used by all majors carriers,
such as UPS, USPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express and DHL.
In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us within 24
hours of order placement. Email orders@wholesaledirectonline.com or call
(866) 936-5533. Please provide the Order number and reason for cancellation.
If you desire to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, it is probable
that the order will have been processed. If the shipment can be canceled,
we will cancel the order. If not, our Return Policy will be in full effect
with return shipping charges applicable.

Out
of Stock and BackOrdered and Discontinued Products
From time to time,
some products may not be available for sale even though they are offered
on the website. This may be due to small available quantities, warehouse
shorts, high customer demand, supplier shorts, etc. If a product you ordered
is not available for shipment, Wholesale Direct Online will contact you
upon processing your order to offer a suitable replacement or allow you
to cancel this item or order.

In the event a product
is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical
error or error in pricing, coupon or gift certificate errors or misuse
and abuse or incorrect product information received from our suppliers,
we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these
conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately
issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
